Fields

The "fields" Plan Item type has a variety of possibilities.

Text (accepts responses up to 255 characters)
Long text (accepts responses of more than 255 characters and accepts Rich Text Format)

Link URL (allows redirects from the plan)
Date (uses a calendar widget)
Address (uses an address locator widget)
