Send a file to quarantine (using the file name and extension)

POST https://api-sbx.sidedrawersbx.com/api/v1/record-files/sidedrawer/sidedrawer-id/{sidedrawerId}/records/record-id/{recordId}/record-files/{fileNameWithExtension}/quarantine

Sends a file to quarantine. This can be used in cases of concern over a file having been infected, to ensure no other files may be affected.
