Transfer ownership of a Drawer (sidedrawer) to another User

Transfers ownership of a Drawer (sidedrawer) to another User. You must first be an owner of the Drawer (sidedrawer) in order to make another User an owner and remove yourself as an owner. This changes your role to editor.
